1）This filter element is composed of a soft PVDF reinforced membrane filter. The PVDF reinforced membrane fibers are uniformly distributed with dense filtration micropores with a diameter of 0.1 micrometer (0.1μm), hence its filtration precision is rated at 0.1μm.
2）Since the raw water flows from the outer surface of the membrane fibers into the interior, it is also known as an outside-in membrane. Additionally, due to its hand-washable feature, it is referred to as a hand-washable membrane.
3）Removes sediment, rust, and large particles while delivering high flow rates, making it ideal for pre-filtration in whole-house water filtration systems.
0.01μm Ultrafiltration (UF) Membrane Fiter Cartridge
1) This UF filter cartridge is composed of a soft PVC alloy membranes. The PVC alloy membrane fibers are uniformly distributed with dense filtration micropores with a diameter of 0.01 micrometer (0.01μm), hence its filtration precision is rated at 0.01μm.
2) Since raw water flows from the inside of the membrane fibers to the outside, this is also called an inside‑in membrane.
3) Compared with the PVDF microfiltration reinforced membrane, it features higher filtration precision and can effectively remove bacteria and viruses from raw water.
