What a busy day, today.
Apart from shooting one video, it seems I didn’t get much else done, and for a moment, I still couldn’t think of what to write. So, I wanna share what I talked about with the young members of the team this morning.
After I posted this piece of sharing on Weibo, a user of ChengrongEra Water filter left a comment: “I’ve been using your muddy water filter (6000L/hour) to filter well water in the countryside. It’s worked great for 4 years, and I just replaced the filter recently.”
This customer’s message made me realize, all 280 members of Chengrong, from top to bottom, have been fully committed to the overall quality of ultrafiltration water purifiers, and focused on solving the pain points reflected by users. Our efforts are not only effective, but also recognized by customers.
We have truly put our philosophy, “Chengrong Era Ultrafiltration, No Worries for Customers”, into practice.

In today’s meeting, I focused on just 3 points.
First, Young People Must Be Confident, When Speak, and Need to Speak with Vigor and Conviction, don’t Be Afraid of Making Mistakes.
Yesterday, two young members of our team did a live stream. Since they didn’t know the products well enough, they mixed up some product detiles. I noticed that once they realized they’d made a mistake, they started doubting every word they said next.
It seems that our younger colleagues still lack confidence. Their energy during the live stream wasn’t as relaxed as mine was when I did live streams two years back. Actually, when speaking, we should pause boldly when you need to; speak boldly when you need to. Then we would get the relexing feel that we wanna have during the stream.
This takes practice, much practice, and more practice.
Rome wasn’t built in a day, I will keep encouraging them.
Second, Young People Must Get Enough Sleep, Trying to avoid staying up late
In my view, building a career is like a long marathon. It’s not about achieving results in a single day, it’s about sustained effort over the long haul. This is especially important for Chengrong Era, we’re building a high-end brand oriented by quality, not just doing business or selling products.
And body health is the foundation of everything.
Some of our younger team members say going to bed at 2 AM is “still early.”
They’re young now, probably don’t feel the impact of staying up late.
At my age, I have understand it deeply, because I’ve seen far too many examples (of the consequences) around me. But if they wait until they’re my age to realize this, it’ll be far too late.
So I told the younger team, don’t stay up late. Late nights are the biggest invisible killer of their body.
Third, Stop Complaining, Look at the Entire Industry, Our Live Streaming Studio is Already Among the Best.
Of course, there will definitely still be all kinds of issues.
But in the early stages of a business, we need to learn to co-exist with problems, to solve them while figuring out ways to do things well. Just like there’s no such thing as a perfect product in the world, there’s no such thing as a perfect live streaming studio, either.
If we wait for every condition to be perfect before we start, it’ll be way too late.
We need to learn to “slow our minds, but keep our hands busy”.
Don’t rush in your heart, but never stop taking action.
Chengrong Era is a brand, and we’re building a career.
This kind of work can’t be rushed, but we also can’t afford to stay stuck in the same place.
