This morning, I had a meeting with several young colleagues from ChengrongEra. I asked them to give a summary of their work over the past week, and at the same time, I shared the results of my experiment during my weekend trip back home.


At the end of the meeting, one of the young colleagues mentioned that during a live broadcast last week, a viewer left a message asking why ChengrongEra's products are so expensive. He said he was caught off guard by the question. He was eager to share all the knowledge he had with the customer, but he spoke too fast and too anxiously, as he was desperate to close the deal. Take the cylinder as an example. The material we use is different from that of others. Some manufacturers use 201 stainless iron and pass it off as 304 stainless steel, but our 304 stainless steel is genuine food-grade 304. Moreover, this is just our minimum standard. For kitchen water purifiers and mineral water purifiers, we directly upgrade to 316L stainless steel, which is rarely seen in the industry.


Secondly, our cylinders have stronger pressure resistance. They can withstand more than 400,000 water hammer tests, while the national standard is only 100,000 times — that's three times higher. Our peers cannot achieve this, which is why our stainless steel cylinders can remain rust-free and leak-proof for ten years.

First, we use high-quality materials. Second, our products have greater thickness — the cylinder thickness is 1.45mm and the cover thickness is 1.8mm, while the industry average is only around 1.2mm.


Furthermore, even for the same 304 stainless steel, when our stainless steel raw materials are sent to our factory for secondary processing, we polish both the inner and outer walls of the stainless steel pipes and conduct ultrasonic high-temperature cleaning. This is to remove secondary pollution on the surface of the stainless steel, ensuring it truly meets food-grade quality standards.


Since we produce ultrafiltration water purifiers, the materials of the purifiers themselves must also be 100% safe. However, our peers can hardly achieve the above standards because the cost is too high.

We should devote our time and energy to serving customers who are willing to invest in our products.


Some customers may think our prices are high due to financial constraints and cannot afford them for the time being. If they have any questions, we can provide free answers to help them avoid pitfalls.


The market has always had a pyramid structure, and there are more than enough customers to serve. We can popularize knowledge about ultrafiltration water purifiers to all end-users, but we only need to close deals with the top 2% of target customers.
