From this installation experience, I realized that ultrafiltration (UF) water purifiers are still a niche product among the general public.
Many plumbers have not encountered this type of water purifier yet, so few of them know how to install it correctly. Which is why I specifically instructed my team members that for the second installation, we must provide real-time follow-up to ensure the plumber installs the water filtration system properly, prioritizing both functionality and aesthetics.
Compared with the incorrect installation the first time, what improvements did we make during the second installation?
First, the pipes installed by the first plumber were neither aesthetically pleasing nor reasonable. So we asked the plumber to purchase additional pipes, and when he couldn’t find angle brackets, we directly ordered a pair for him via takeaway. To ensure customers fully enjoy the benefits of ultrafiltration purification technology, we took full charge of the installation and pipe purchase, and insisted on using high-quality pipes. After all, our pre-filters have high production costs, cutting corners on installation pipes would easily damage the customers' quality image to ChengrongEra Ultrafiltration water purifier.
We will never make such thankless mistakes.
Second, we reversed the directions of the purified water faucet and the water inlet, and redesigned the pipe layout. This not only saves pipe materials and ensures a neat appearance but also facilitates future maintenance for the customer.
Third, the customer previously asked the plumber to lock the lower cylinder firmly to the wall, which is an incorrect installation method. The lower cylinder only needs to be placed on the angle brackets， because it needs to be disassembled when cleaning the external pressure membrane filter element, and this is exactly the reason for our product design. Even customers are our valued partners, but we are more professional in our field. After explaining the reason clearly to the customer, we bought another pair of angle brackets to adjust the installation properly.
Bright and early the next morning, we received the customer’s payment.
To me, the customer taking the initiative to make the payment is not only recognition of our product but also a testament to our service.
